At Gulf HVAC Training Institute (GHTI), we are committed to transparency and student satisfaction.

1. Course Fee Refund

• Once the admission is confirmed and the batch has started, no refund will be issued under normal circumstances.
• Refunds may be considered only in special cases such as:
  • The course is cancelled or postponed by the institute.
  • The student withdraws before the batch commencement date (with valid reason and written request).
• Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 working days after verification and approval.

2. Online Course Access

• Once login credentials or digital course content have been shared, the course fee becomes non-refundable.

3. Batch Transfer
   
   • Students may request a transfer to the next available batch within the same course (subject to availability and management approval).
   4. Mode of Refund
   • Refunds, when applicable, will be made to the original payment source only.
